Islamabad is the capital of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It is one of the most beautiful city of the country administered by the Federal Government of Pakistan. The city has greenery all around with safety and higher standards of living as compare to other cities. There are many beautiful places in Islamabad. The 30 beautiful places in Islamabad are:
1. Faisal Masjid
Located on Margalla Hills, Faisal Masjid is the largest Masjid of South Asia and sixth largest in the world. The construction of this Masjid was funded by Shah Faisal (Saudi King) in 1976 and it was completed in 1986. The area of the Masjid is 33 acres and there is a capacity of around 10,000 worshipers in the Masjid.
2. Pakistan Monument
Pakistan Monument is a symbol of unity representing the four provinces of Pakistan i.e. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Baluchistan and Sindh with Gilgit Baltistan, Tribal areas and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The monument was inaugurated on 23rd March 2007. The monument can easily be seen from Islamabad to Rawalpindi metropolitan areas. It is a popular destination for tourist and around 1400 tourists visiting this spot every day.
3. Margala Hills
Margala Hills are covered with many plants and green trees and the soil on the hill is very fertile. It is one of the safest place for hiking and overnight camping. This place is recommended for all those visitors that like natural beautify and hiking.

Daman-e-Koh is one of the most beautiful places in Islamabad. The word Daman-e-Koh means foot hills. From the southern site, visitors can enjoy the panoramic view of Islamabad capital. It is another beautiful place in Islamabad. Rawal Lake is a reservoir which provides water to Islamabad and Rawalpindi cities of Pakistan.
